About me

I am a programmer at California State University programming for the MERLOT website. This mostly involves server-side Java programming using Spring. But I have also worked on a Blackberry application for MERLOT.   Previously, I worked at California State University, Los Angeles on the Sciencecourseware website and activities. While working for CSULA, I did a lot of Flash and client-side Java programming as well as PHP, Perl and Java on the server side.

	The biology applets and scripts I have written have become part of the Biology Labs Online project. These include FlyLab, PedigreeLab, and LeafLab.

The geology applets and scripts I have written can be seen at the Virtual Courseware site. These include VirtualEarthquake, VirtualDating, and VirtualRiver.
